At KIVARA, we want you to shop with confidence. We offer a transparent and simple policy for exchanges and refunds. Please read carefully before placing your order.

Eligibility & Conditions

Exchange Window: Request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.

  • Type of Exchange: Only size exchanges are allowed.
  • Hygiene Clause: Items that appear worn, scratched, or damaged are not eligible for exchange.
  • Damaged or Lost Orders24 hours of delivery if your order is lost or arrives damaged for assistance and claim initiation.

Non-Exchangeable Items:

  • Customized orders

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued only for defective or incorrect items.
  • Customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with a 360° unboxing video for verification.
  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchange Process

  2. Approval: If eligible, we’ll schedule a reverse pickup (where available) within 2–3 working days.
  3. Packaging: Items must be returned with their original KIVARA JEWELS box and authenticity card.
  4. Processing: Once received and inspected, the replacement will be shipped.
  5. Timeline: Full process may take 7–15 working days.

Note: A delivery charge applies for exchanges and reverse pickups, which must be paid online. If reverse pickup is not available in your area, you’ll need to send the product back to us at your own expense.

Damages & Issues

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within of delivery.
  • 360° opening video is required for claims. Complaints without proof will not be accepted.
